Michael P. Donegan, J.D.
is a founding Principal of Risk Navigation Group LLC and has previously provided consultative services as a member of the Casualty Claims Consulting practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and Milliman USA (formerly Milliman & Robertson, Inc.).
Mike’s consulting projects have included claims operations performance assessment, litigation management strategy and legal cost containment, business process redesign, expert witness testimony, evaluation of case reserving practices and claims management controls. Mike has been involved in comprehensive operations examinations for several state insurance regulatory agencies. This multi-line work includes general liability, personal and commercial auto liability, products liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, workers compensation, property and environmental liability.

Mike served in both technical advisory and management positions within The Travelers Insurance Companies including his role as Home Office Manager of Workers Compensation field operations.
